How do I register?

To register, simply please fill out the registration form, either as a Provider or as a Buyer. You will then be sent an automatic e-mail in your inbox asking you to complete the registration process and accept our terms of conditions.

How do I retrieve my lost password?

If you've lost or forgotten your password, please enter your e-mail address and click on the link forgot password and you should receive an automatic e-mail asking you to reset your password.

BUYER
Who is a Buyer?

A buyer, or an employer is a person who wants to purchase a service from a Provider. They therefore have a need for a project to be completed and require the assistance of a provider to achieve this goal.

How does the registration process work?

Buyers can register by filling out the registration form which is located

Once you have completed your contact details, an e-mail will be automatically sent to your inbox for confirmation. You will then be asked to complete the remaining steps and then login into your account in order to post your project. Select a main skill category and then select the primary skill category. You will then be asked to fill out your basic project information.

Fill out the series of questions. You will then see a summary screen of all the details you have entered and you will be asked to confirm with the details entered. You are then successfully registered and have successfully posted your project. You can then review your project, post another project or sign out. Remember to keep checking back to see if a Provider has bid on your project.

How does osource help me find work and earn money?

As a service provider, once you register on our site, you choose a service category that best suits your skills and qualifications. You could register on more than 1 service category if you feel confident enough. You could then browse your chosen category and look for an open project. You then submit your proposal explaining to the buyer why you are the most suitable for the job and provide a quote. The provider would then decide after or before the closing date, whom to hire.

How do I cancel my account?

If you choose to cancel your project for any reasons or whatsoever, you could either send us an e-mail to cancellation@osource.eu and we will be happy to remove your details.
